Bird Watching is a series of 23 mixed-media collaged prints in the form of scrolls. They are made of daphne Nepalese tissue paper, and some of the scrolls have inclusions between the layers of paper. The scrolls are double-sided, designed to be displayed in open space as an installation, and viewable from both sides. They can, however, also be shown individually against a wall. The dimensions of the scrolls vary slightly, length is between 65" and 70", width from 10" to 15."
